Prom!

Senior year is not complete without prom, which is why I went! Shelly, my friend Bailey, and I decided to go as friends to prom this year. We had a fun filled night which consisted of painting our nails, going out to dinner at Olive Garden, and having a great time at the dance. The dance this year was at the Portland Art Museum. It was in a huge ballroom! Complete with balloons and an actual red carpet. It was definitely a night that I will always remember.IMG_2163

I got this dress at Abby’s Closet in Portland where they give away free second hand dresses. Of course I was able to find one and I loved it! We wanted sleeves on it and to fix the bottom because the bunching wasn’t right, so we went to a seamstress in my ward to fix it. It turned out great! It fit perfectly, it’s modest, and it’s comfortable. I also got the perfect shoes at Burlington Coat Factory. $14.99! I say that’s a good deal!

I went to a girl in my ward to do my hair. She did an AMAZING job! It looked great and she even put sparkles in my hair!

This corsage is not real. My mom and I went to Michaels and got the flowers I wanted and we hot glued everything. It wasn’t difficult and it turned out great!
